TODAY WE DISEMBARCK IN... CALA GRACIONETA

The western coast hides many stunning spots and our private boat trips will take you there. One of our favourite spots is Cala Gracioneta, a small cove that you’ll love because of its crystal-clear waters, pine trees and delicious Mediterranean food that is served at the Cala Gracioneta beach bar (yes, it shares its name with the cove and you will love it just as much). Would you like to visit it?

Why is a boat trip to Cala Gracioneta such a fantastic idea?

The northern coast of Sant Antoni is known for its rugged and wild landscape dominated by cliffs. Exploring this area by boat means discovering some of the most unspoilt areas on the island as well as islets and quaint fishing spots where fishermen used to keep their equipment and boats. Cala Gracioneta is at one end of this coastal strip and is the ideal spot to drop anchor after exploring the surrounding area.

What is Cala Gracioneta like?

The cove has clear and calm waters that make it look like a real natural swimming pool. There are rocks at both sides, which means it’s great fun to go snorkelling around them. It is surrounded by pine trees and if you’d like a stroll before lunch, there’s a lovely walk northwards, along the coast that takes you to Hostal La Torre. And if you head south, only a few meters away, you’ll reach Cala Gració, its neighbouring beach.

A delicious meal at the Cala Gracioneta beach restaurant

If you’d like to get off the boat and eat at a table on land, at Cala Gracioneta we can easily take you to the path that leads to the beach and its beach bar. And we can assure you that it will be the perfect complement for your day out on a hired private boat. The menu at Cala Gracioneta includes delicious Mediterranean dishes like original salads, rice and paella, fish, grilled meat... And let’s not forget its irresistible desserts!

When is the best time to visit Cala Gracioneta?

Any time is good to drop anchor at Cala Gracioneta, but maybe midday and in the evening are the very best times. At midday you can bathe, eat or take a nap. In the evening, you can swim while you admire the famous sunset of San Antonio.
